| | Spent ALL day at the Whiskey Island Marina for Independence Day. Met up with Louie and Brian at Edgewater Park at 9am, moved things from their car to mine, then headed into the Marina with our parking pass. Met up with John, who owns a sailboat in the marina, Kevin and Al. Then Kevin surprised us with Amy and Brenda showing up to go out for the sail with us. Went out early for a couple hours on Lake Erie, then back to the marina for lunch, crazy people everywhere, band playing, napped, got a migraine (just perfect addition to a nice day) took my prescription meds twice before it finally went away, then dinner and watching the main Cleveland fireworks from the sailboat sitting in the marina for a much closer view.

We went out onto John's sailboat moored in the marina for the best view of the fireworks. Coletta took all the fireworks shots
I love the delayed "night vision" for some really cool artsy shots!
I'd say, except for the migraine (and some drunken 20-something-year-old idiots on the dock next to John's boat) a very good day!
